Video Surfaces of DaBaby Shooting and Killing Man in 2018, Contrary to His Self-Defense Claims
Another video has surfaced where DaBaby should be visible shooting and killing Jaylin Craig in a Walmart in Charlotte, NC in 2018.
The rapper had asserted self protection for the situation and charges were never brought against him. DaBaby at the time cllaimed that Craig and his companion Henry Douglas were compromising the rapper and his loved ones. “Girl might have hit, child might have hit,” DaBaby said on Instagram after the occasion. “Attorneys … telling me not to say nothing … Except for rather two [people] stroll down on you and your entire … family, undermining you all, whip out [a gun] on you all, let me see what you all going to do.”
In any case, a video that has surfaced now from security film appears to show that DaBaby was the person who went after first. As Variety takes note of, the clasp shows Craig starting to haul a gun out however at that point he returns the firearm before DaBaby takes out his own weapon. In a remark gave to Rolling Stone on why DaBaby didn’t come up against additional significant indictments, a delegate for the DA’s office said they “evaluated the police insightful record and concurred with the Huntersville Police Department’s choice not to charge Mr. Kirk further, as examiners couldn’t demonstrate without question that the litigant didn’t act justifiably.”
