Tshego claims he’s been quietly battling against Cassper Nyovest’s Family Tree record mark.
Taking to Twitter on Sunday, the No Ties hitmaker made it realized that he was not paid for tunes made while he was under the name.
This sent an immense stun to some online media clients, and Cassper was called out, yet he is yet to react.
“f I revealed to you I haven’t seen a solitary penny (deals) from HENNESSY, GARDEN, THE VIBE, TELL EM SAY, SO HIGH, DEM AH WIND, and so forth… what might you say? Brain you, I OWN THE MASTERS ON ALL THESE SONGS!” he tweeted.
Tshego is relied upon to refresh fans on the court’s choice, as he tweeted: “Been battling a quiet fight in court. Also, when I win this case on Monday the unassuming poop stops.”

Then, some tweeps uncovered Tshego’s old tweet, on how he vouched for appreciating the mark’s agreement.
“Huge! I won’t lie our arrangement with Family Tree is fundamentally unbelievable. Cass doesn’t bring in ANY cash from his craftsmen at this moment, by decision. Also, that permitted us to establish a climate where everybody works for themselves with their own groups, yet adding to one objective. Screw poo up,” he tweeted in 2018.

Am not disputing tshego might be lying, all am saying is let's not also speak for cassper as if we have all the facts and details of their deal coz we don't know. Maybe Cass lied, maybe tshego lied let's not take sides till we see the contracts, that's all am saying

He isn’t owed by cassper. Tshego is owed by his team. Just like what happened to Makhadzi, when she was robbed by her manager. Cassper doesn’t have any access to the proceeds. Tshego has always been independent.
