Judge David V. Herriford decided today that Tory disregarded the defensive request since a portion of his tweets “appear to be clear messages” to Megan Thee Stallion. The appointed authority decided that Lanez is “also the whining observer for this situation in any web-based entertainment.” Among the infringement was Tory supposedly spilling data to blogger DJ Akademiks ahead of the Feb. 23 hearing. A preliminary date has been set for Sept. 14.
Megan’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, told Page Six, “An appointed authority tracked down adequate proof of Mr. Peterson’s responsibility to arrange him to stand preliminary.”
“Also, the appointed authority found adequate proof today that he abused the request for insurance and had him bound in the court. Oneself serving commotion for this situation won’t change current realities or keep this case from continuing.”
Tory’s lawyer Shawn Holley said in light of the decision, “The DA mentioned that Mr. Peterson’s bail be repudiated or, in the other option, that it be expanded to $5 million. We are satisfied that the court dismissed those incredible solicitations.”
