SZA Unveils Doja Cat Appearance on Long-Delayed Single ‘Shirt’.
For a long time, the world has been waiting for SZA to release her single ‘Shirt.’
SZA teased the song on TikTok with a little dance routine that quickly went viral. Later that month, in February 2021, the TDE singer confirmed that she has already filmed a music video for the song. However, fans have been impatiently awaiting its release ever since, but to no effect.
However, it appears that the song’s release date has not been canceled. During her performance at the Mad Cool Festival in Madrid on Sunday (July 10), the hitmaker announced that the song features none other than her ‘Kiss Me More’ partner Doja Cat.

“Want to know a secret? You all want to know who’s on this song? It’ll be like our secret, right?” the “I Hate U”vocalist inquired of the crowded audience. “The hint is we already have a song together. Her name starts with a ‘D’ and it rhymes with Soulja.”
In April, their previous single, ‘Kiss Me More,’ received the Grammy for best pop duo/group performance. Let’s hoping ‘Shirt’ shows up within the next several weeks.
