Well known entertainer Israel Matseke-Zulu has spilled his guts about his fight with gangrene, which brought about the removal of his left leg.

The star has been on a low for a long while now because of his disease as he lost his right leg.
He said that he lived in damnation for quite some time.

Israel said that he ultimately went to see a specialist and after legitimate clinical assessment, he was informed that he had gangrene in his leg and that there was an awful contamination in it.
