Phelo Bala opens up about his depression as he celebrates his birthday

Phelo Bala has taken to his virtual entertainment focus on his downturn as he commends his birthday.

The star went MIA for a little while and a large number of his fans were stressed over him.

All things considered, today is his birthday and he chose to pen down genuine message to himself.

Having battled with misery since he was 16 years of age, he said he didn’t figure he would experience one more year.

“So often I figured I wouldn’t see one more year. So often I wished I didn’t… Living with extreme discouragement since I was 16 and some way or another I’m actually standing and some way or another battling my direction through life as we know it.

“I’m figuring out how to adore myself and be kinder to myself. However I have many motivations not to celebrate. I have quite a lot more to be appreciative for. I surmise God isn’t through with me right now. Cheerful 31st Birthday to me,” he composed.
