Lady Du takes time off music after passing out on stage
Lady Du reports she will be going on vacation music and most particularly shows till she mends from the aggravation brought about by the demise of her Amapiano siblings, Mpura and Killer Kau who passed on in a deadly fender bender on Monday.
The artist has been openly grieving the death of the performers with recordings, photographs and screen captures of her last talk with them.
Lady Du is as yet stunned by their passing, however went to a show on Monday evening to perform.
Be that as it may, it didn’t end well, as she was unable to give her fans a decent show.
Taking to Twitter, she was sorry and said she’s taking a break.
“To the fans that saw me pass out last evening, I am sorry, I made a decent attempt to be solid, I attempted to keep it together. I thought I’d have the option to deal with that last gig, But I separated, I don’t have the foggiest idea how I’ll at any point perform msebenzi wethu. I’m getting some much needed rest! Much thanks to you,” she said.
To the fans that saw me pass out last night, I apologise, I tried soooo hard to be strong, I tried to keep it together. I thought I’d be able to handle that last gig, But I broke down, I don’t know how I’ll ever perform msebenzi wethu.
