Dineo Ranaka reveals how she has been keeping her anxiety under control

Dineo Ranaka is going through a great deal this period and she has figured out how to keep herself from those things.

The star was as of late suspended from Metro FM for supposed offense, after she was shot moving on top of furniture in the studio as a component of the Umlando dance challenge.

This caused such countless harms in her and she has gone to her dependable tees and sweaters to attempt assist with keeping her nervousness under control.

Dineo has been on a low and chosen to provide her fans with a knowledge of how she is feeling.

“So I made tension attire and I wear it to advise myself that I’m OK. Assuming you’re going through the most and need an update that you’re OK, my nervousness attire is for you as well.”

She said the outfit reminds her to swim over the water.

“We as a whole face conflicts. Some open, some private. The best fight is the psychological fight to monitor our tension. Very few win this fight however many attempt. I made something. It’s simply tees and sweaters, yet when I wear them I feel reminded to inhale and quiet my nervousness so it stays taken care of,” Dineo said.
