Steve Lacy & Fousheé Sunshine
The album “Gemini Rights” by Steve Lacy is set to be released this Friday.
Steve Lacy’s Gemini Rights album is just around the corner, and the 24-year-old Compton native has already shared tunes like “Mercury” and “Bad Habit” to get us excited.
At midnight on July 13th, only two days before the 10-track album’s release, The Internet guitarist released another early track for us, this time in collaboration with his frequent partner Fousheé.
The duo announced the approximately five-minute-long arrival at Lacy’s concert at The Novo in Los Angeles on April 20th, 2022, and he previewed it again on Instagram hours before posting it on streaming platforms.
On the first stanza, the R&B artist rhymes, “Sayin’ “My ex” like my name ain’t Steve / Gave you a chance and some dopamine / Safe to say, after me you peaked / Still’ll give you dick whenever you need.”
