Quality Control Music takes a break from its spat with Offset to release a new record featuring two of its artists. We’ve heard Pierre Thomas and QCM mentioned in the press this week after it was revealed that Offset sued the label over his solo career. After a brief exchange, Thomas indicated that it was time to get back to business, which meant that the focus would be on Lakeyah’s “Real B*tch” featuring Gloss Up.
Gloss Up was recently signed to the hitmaking record company, so expect to hear more from her as the year progresses. Lakeyah has continued to establish herself among her peers, progressing from viral sensation to collaborations with Moneybagg Yo and Latto.
On “Real B*tch,” both artists scream bossy bars about their elevated stature in the game and why their honesty sets them apart from the competition.
