SA woman gets long term prison sentence for dealing with drugs Zimbabwe
A South African lady was on Tuesday condemned to 12 years in prison in Zimbabwe after a court found that she had attempted to pirate cocaine into the country from Brazil.
A Harare officer put away two years of the sentence on state of appropriate conduct.
Harare boss justice Munamato Mutevedzi gave over the sentence on Tuesday morning, four months after the capture of Sheila Khumalo.
The 50-year-old Johannesburg lady was captured at the Robert Mugabe International Airport.
Movement authorities halted her as she attempted to exit through the green course.
