PHOTO: Cassper Nyovest calls out cops for not doing their job effectively
|SA Hip Hop artist Cassper Nyovest has voice out on police not concentrating on what is more significant.
The star took to his Twitter to hammer police for not doing what’s needed to address the scourges of sexual orientation based savagery (GBV) and illegal exploitation, asserting they are excessively centered around “searching for liquor”.
This is coming after he shared how calm he is in the wake of catching wind of a 14-year-old young lady who had disappeared, asking when the battle against ladies and youngsters would end.
Cassper stated: “Not this once more. When is this going to stop? SA isn’t alright for ladies and youngsters.”
Getting down on the police, he clarified that they are investing more energy in the liquor boycott as opposed to dealing with the sex based viciousness (GBV).
“Cops are all over searching for liquor yet not individuals who are absent and manhandled.”
Not this again. When is this gonna stop yo ? South Africa isnt safe for women and children. That time cops are all over looking for alcohol but not people who are missing and abused. https://t.co/SNL65szjj7
