Gemini Major speaks on creating “Island Water” EP
Benn Gilbert Kamoto broadly known as Gemini Major has delivered the profoundly expected task named, Island Water, and he’s invigorated, as it’s probably his best venture since he began doing music.
Talking with SunBuzz, the music maker said he began chipping away at the EP during lockdown period and he’s happy that he could uncover one more piece of him asides creation.
“The lockdown gave me an opportunity to chip away at my sound and as a craftsman I generally fell on the creation side. Presently I am in contact with myself, and I am making music that I love. I had a great deal of free time and I made a ton of records. I trust individuals will partake in the task however much I appreciated making it,” he said.
As of late, the 31-year-old met Chance The Rapper and Vic Mensa while in Ghana, and he said it’s perhaps the greatest second for him through his music vocation.
“I was unable to accept who I was hobnobbing with and the way that we associated was staggering. He is a particularly extraordinary individual, and I gained some significant experience from him,” he said.
