Chris Brown Is Disappointed With ‘Breezy’ Album Sales.

Chris Brown is dissatisfied with the reception of his latest album, Breezy.

When the album’s first-week sales forecasts were released a few days ago, many thought they were far lower than what we would anticipate from a Chris Brown album, especially now that he has a committed fan base and a good hit-making background.

The singer’s album debuted at number four on the Billboard 200 list, selling 72,500 copies in its first week. Chris’ 12th top 10 album, Breezy, featuring guest appearances from Lil Wayne, Bryson Tiller, Lil Baby, Jack Harlow, Wizkid, and others. Indigo, his most recent album, opened at No. 1 with 108,000 equivalent album sales.

But Chris is clearly dissatisfied with the figures. Over the weekend, he wrote a couple of pieces in which he expressed his dissatisfaction at the lack of support and accused the media of only covering him when he was in the news for anything terrible.

While announcing the album’s deluxe edition, he wrote: “July 8th Breezy deluxe album, not that it matters…,” In one story, he wrote. “SEEMS LIKE YALL ONLY INVEST IN THE NEGATIVE STORIES ABOUT ME. CHRIS GETS IN TROUBLE (THE WHOLE WORLD IS ON it).

CB followed up with a story,“I’m back on my gangsta shit…It’s BRACKIN at all Times.”

I’m not sure what he means by the second story, but we’ll find out soon. This Friday, the singer will release new music.
