American movie mogul, Tyler Perry has been reported to be building a 35,000-square-foot mansion on 1,200 acres near Atlanta.
This is coming after the actor was pronounced a Billionaire by Forbes.
According to report, the 50-year-old actor has taken in $1.4 billion in pre-tax income since 2005, and is currently worth $1 billion in total.
The mansion includes a grand entrance, an enormous lap pool, and what appears to be a runway for his private jet.
Tyler is known for his love of landed properties and real estates, as it can be recalled in October, 2019 when the filmmaker unveiled a $250m studio, which became the first ever fully black owned film studio, located in Atlanta, Georgia.
