Mix 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar and 2 tbsp, honey, in a glass of warm water. Drink this solution daily on an empty stomach.

4. Apple cider vinegar and baking soda

Add 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp baking soda in a glass of warm water, and gargle with this solution 2-3 times a day.
