Ray Vaughn & Isaiah Rashad Dawg House
Rory Behr created the brief new addition.
Top Dawg Entertainment’s upcoming artists will take us to the “Dawg House” this weekend.
Ray Vaughn, the musician behind “You Don’t Even Care You Hurt Me,” released “Mannequin,” his first song since June, on Friday (August 26). For the new single, Vaughn asked labelmate Isaiah Rashad to rhyme alongside him over a Rory Behr-produced rhythm.
“Bubblegum, bubblegum on a plate / How many bitches do you get?” they ponder about halfway through the two-minute tune. The song goes, “Her she can’t get no kiss / I’m a Top Dawg, ho, I’m with a slim Mike Vick.”
Other popular lyrics include “Loose better not shoot no shame / My sixteens was pure cocaine,” and “Walk out the crib dressed on all crap / Would pull the switch if I ain’t in by six / Even DJ’s ain’t spinnin’ like this / Got it out the mud, bitch, I’m a crawfish.”
