While a lot of people think rap may appear to be a classification that is out of Kelly Clarkson’s wheelhouse, the artist has figured out how to easily mix her iconic voice with the rapper’s 2013 track. Her cover happened on Thursday morning’s scene of The Kelly Clarkson Show, where she has a section called “Kellyoke”. During this portion, Clarkson covers songs of different sorts and time spans alongside her band.

“Hold On, We’re Going Home” falls off of Nothing Was The Same, the third studio collection by Drake. The collection was delivered in September 2013 and appeared at #1 on the Billboard 200 outlines for multi week on October twelfth. In 2018, the collection was ensured 4x platinum by the RIAA. Numerous individuals consider Nothing Was The Same to be the quintessential drake collection, highlighting iconic songs like “Began from the Bottom” and “Most noticeably awful Behavior.”
